New F&A Rates and Capitalization Threshold Established
Beginning July 1, 2003, newly negotiated facilities and administrative
(F&A) rates for on-campus (Ithaca) sponsored organized research
activities will go into affect. Also effective July 1, 2003, the
university's capitalization threshold will change. These new rates
should be applied to all proposals in development.
