Endowed Facilities & Administrative Cost Rate Change

In accordance with our four-year rate federal facilities and administrative cost greement, the rate applicable to the endowed colleges increases to 59% of modified total direct cost on July 1, 2007. In accordance with A-21 section G.7, only those awards issued on or after July 1, 2005 are subject to the increase. Contract college accounts are unaffected. Affected accounts will be adjusted after year-end closing and prior to F&A posting for the month of July.
