New Employee Benefit and Facilities & Administrative Cost Rates
Cornell University's proposed Employee Benefits and Facilities & Administrative (F&A) Cost Rates have been approved by the federal government. The rates for Fiscal Year 2009 (July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009) are as follows:
Endowed College Employee Benefits (Full Rate): 33%
Contract College Employee Benefits (Federal): 45.10%
Contract College Employee Benefits (Non-Federal): 50.73%
Endowed College F&A Rate: 59%
Contract College F&A Rate (Research): 54%
Contract College F&A Rate (ESA): 56.7%
